Your relationship with frustration is f*cked
We’ve been programmed and conditioned to have this negative association and relationship with frustration
We’ve learned to define it with “negativity” and that when it shows up we should change tact
The Truth?
It’s the first step, and a natural step, on the cycle to flow (*and all natural processes in life)…
…and flow is the holy grail of humanity
Flow is essentially what we’re all striving for. This sense of peace where we lose sense of Self, time and everything occurring around us
It’s when we’re one with nature, the present moment and what “is”. The monkey mind is gone — and with it so are all “negative emotions” we bring with it
In order to attain it there MUST be frustration…
Frustration leads to release. Release leads to flow. Then we recover and start the process again
When frustration hits — it’s highly unlikely you’re doing the wrong thing, heading in the wrong direction or digging in the wrong place
It’s HIGHLY LIKELY you’re doing exactly what you should be doing (*you’re simply angry at the current outcome)
When this happens, push a little further, then let go…
…release
Let the subconscious mind take over. Get out in nature. Do some form of “light activity”. Let your mind wander and wait
Everything you’re searching for is about to come in the form of “flow”…
…and the more you fight it, focus on it, or force it — the slower it’s going to come
What’s frustrating you right now? What’s it trying to teach you?
