How Coaches Can Dominate Social Media (and do their first $1k Week)

It’s so simple everyone should be doing it. But then again, simple isn’t sexy — and we LOVE sexy

Sexy sells. Complex sells. After all, it’s complex — time has been put into it. Look at all those moving parts! It surely must work as I cannot understand it…

Then again, the wheel works really fucking well. We haven’t had to reinvent it because it’s so simple it’s sophisticated

The same is true for the principles and focal points when it comes to succeeding on social media (i.e. becoming an expert to your audience and helping them solve their problems and achieve their goals)

Everyone jumps into the game for either quality or quantity. Do more OR do better OR Do More and Do It Better…

This is great — but the foundation is missing…

This isn’t about you. This is about your audience and the audience you want to build

This is about positioning. This is about value. This is about communication

The first thing you need to do is understand your audience

No name. No age. No demographics required or even psychographics yet

No pain

No problem

No dreams or desires needed

Simple a basic understanding:

  1. What podcasts do they listen to?
  2. What blogs do they read?
  3. What email lists are they subscribed to?
  4. Who do they follow on IG and FB?

What media do your ideal clients consume?

Now, why?

Why do they consume these media? What are they searching for inside of them?

Start here and you’ll not only know what to say but also where to show up to find your ideal clients ;)

You’ll better understand their language

You’ll speak directly to them

You’ll focus on them and not your coaching services and products

You’ll build relationships, create interest and build desire

With time, your community will take action when you invite them to (and if they’re ready for it)

It’s so simple it should be illegal…

The challenge comes when learning the correct words to express to your communities. And specifically structuring them in the correct way to elicit the desired emotions to drive the desired action

That’s where copywriting comes in

And it’s why it’s the skill coaches must master for themselves
